About the event
JOIN US EACH MONTH AT A NEW PARK. SUNDAYS 10:30-11:30 AM. Each walk will include a guided restorative walk with intention setting, brief mindfulness practices to deepen our experience, friendly chats and Mother Nature as our guide. These happen Rain or Shine!
5/3 FRENCH PARK. 1.2 Mile out and back hike. There are two creek crossings so wear appropriate shoes or boots.
